Rev Richard Coles visits BP

On Friday, we were lucky enough to welcome a visit from the Rev Richard Coles. 

Richard came to speak to the children in KS2 about his new book 'A Heist before Bedtime' as well as signing copies for those who purchased. 

​This is a compilation of twelve real life crime stories. Some of these were retold by Richard during his visit - the highlight being the story of Einstein's brain being stolen!

You may have seen Richard on QI, and other TV shows including Strictly Come Dancing and 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!' The children were very interested about his record low scoring Paso Doble and his eating of all kinds of creepy crawlies in his 'Bush Tucker Trial'.

He also gave us a rendition of his 1986 Number One Hit single, 'Don't Leave me this Way' during his time with The Communards!
