Buckingham Park have a dedicated team of Safeguarding Leads who can discuss or refer for all of the avenues of support explored. 

Safeguarding leads will on the playground each morning and evening or contactable via the following methods below:

  • Face to Face - mornings on the Parent Information Point or afternoons on the playground. A request for something such as a 'quiet word' will be enough for our staff to find convenient time to meet you to discuss your concerns. 
  • Via Telephone - 01296 415687 and then option 3 for our Pastoral Team 
  • Via email at [email protected]. This email address and phone line are only manned by our safeguarding team who operate on a strict confidential understanding.
  • Via the 'request for support form' below. 
 
All contact via either of these methods will be confidential - only our safeguarding team will be aware of any disclosures you make and only information necessary for the welfare of your children will be shared with any other staff on a need to know basis.

    Request for Support

    Please use this same form for requesting any of the available support avenues in the 'Wellbeing and Family Support' section of the website. All requests will be dealt with sensitively and confidentially by our safeguarding team. No information about these requests will be shared with other staff or families unless necessary. 
    All submissions will be reviewed and a member of the team will be in touch with you. Please understand that due to complex demands and capacity, not all submissions relating to counselling, ELSA and others will be able to be actioned and may involve a waiting list.
