Parent Teacher Association
Our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is made up of volunteer parents, carers, friends and teachers who work together to support our school. We organise various fundraising and social events throughout the year with all money raised going straight back into school for the benefit of our children.
Meetings are open to all parents, carers, friends and teachers and we are always looking to welcome new members. Being on the PTA doesn't have to be a big commitment and we welcome anyone who is interested in getting involved, whether it be by helping out at the occasional event or by joining the Committee. If you’d like to find out more about the PTA or want to come along to help at one of our events you can always speak to a member of the Committee or contact us - using the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing us directly: [email protected] Click here for meeting notes:

Our Current Committee
Hello, I'm Emma Parsons-Holland. I was elected as PTA chair in October 2020. Being Chair doesn't come without its challenges, but seeing how much the Buckingham Park community value the PTA events make it all worth it. I have 3 children, 2 of whom currently attend Buckingham Park. I hope to continue dedicating some time to the PTA until my youngest child leaves the school in July 2027.

Hi, I’m Victoria Smith, Treasurer of the PTA. I've been in my role for the last 5 years but involved as a volunteer since my Daughter started school at Buckingham Park in 2017. I am a mum to 4 children, 2 of whom attend the school in Years 2 and 5. I am very passionate about the work we do as the PTA and give my time to enrich the lives of all the children. We are dedicated to holding enjoyable, inclusive events and feel proud that we can help school to fund vital resources.

I’m Katie Gormley and have 5 Daughters, 2 of which are in Year 2 and 6 respectively.
Although only recently being elected as PTA Secretary, I’ve volunteered at every PTA event since COVID, as well as attending each event for the 5 years I’ve been engaged with the school. I’m looking forward to the direction the PTA are taking and proud of what it’s achieved so far. |
