If you are a pupil at Buckingham Park, you can use this form to tell us about anything you are worried about.  It will be sent to a member of staff who will be able to speak to you about any concern that you have.

You can, of course, still speak to any member of the school staff team, or to a trusted adult at home, if you are worried about anything at all.
