 We love sport at Buckingham Park!
Last week our Year 4 children participated in a Badminton Tournament, RB participated in a multi-skills festival, and some of our Year 3 and 4 children competed in a racquet skills tournament. The children played really well, and were so polite and friendly that others felt compelled to make positive comments about our school. Well done to everyone!  We love writing at Buckingham Park! Last week, many of our children took part in a writing competition in partnership with the Buckingham Lodge Care Home. Their challenge was to write a poem or short story about Grandparents. The award winners went to the Care Home on Thursday and received their certificates and read with the residents. They also met an author, Jessica Puttick. Well done to everyone who took part and especially to our winners! You can read more on the Buckingham Lodge website A sale of nearly new uniform will take place on Thursday 10th February. A price list is attached below.  
 Our Year 2, 3, 4 and 5 children work hard each week to move up through the levels of 'Cracking Times Tables'. We've recently awarded a Level 12 certificate to Charlie in Year 3. This is an amazing achievement.
He has been inducted into the 'Grand Order of the Master Multiplier' with a certificate in Worship Time and a badge to proudly wear on his school uniform. Fabulous! |
