A great first week

Well...we made it.  The school opened on time and we have now completed our first full week.  The children and staff are all feeling a little exhausted and we will all sleep well at the weekend!

We would like to extend a personal thank you to the teachers who gave up considerable amounts of their holiday to get the school ready - assembling flat pack furniture, cleaning rooms, opening boxes and placing orders.  It was an almighty task to get the school ready but they did it!

We'd also like to extend our thanks to our parents, families and friends who have been so incredibly supportive and positive as we have started this journey together.  We won't get everything right all of the time but we are absolutely committed to creating a great school for everyone.  We know that you will support us all the way.
