We are running a free Money Course for parents and carers.  This is a FREE three week course.

There is a choice of attending the course during the school day (at school) or during the evening (at the Community Centre).

Daytime Course:

Tuesday afternoons, 1.30pm - 3.00pm, in School: Tuesday 24th April, Tuesday 1st May and Tuesday 8th May.

Evening Course:
Thursday evenings, 7.30pm - 9.00pm, in the Community Centre: Thursday 26th April, Thursday 3rd May and Thursday 10th May.

The course is suitable for all parents and come highly recommended.

The CAP Money Course is a free course that will teach you budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that works. Whether you feel pretty organised or whether it's like a lucky dip every time you try to withdraw cash from your account, the CAP Money Course will help you take complete control of your finances so you can budget, save and prevent debt.

This course will help you to make the most of your finances, so you can spend, save, give and prevent debt.

  • Session 1 looks at budgeting for income and expenditure as well as ways to cut costs.
  • Session 2 covers the CAP money system – a simple, cash based system that will transform the way you manage your money.
  • Session 3 focuses on saving and the ongoing review of your budget and money management needed to keep it up to date.

To book onto the course, please complete the form below or speak to Gwenda Forsdyke, our Child and Family Support Worker.  For the evening course, you can email [email protected] if you would prefer.

These courses are being offered in partnership with the trained CAP leaders from the Exchange Church.
