School Summer Fete - Saturday 13th July, 12 - 3pm

29/6/2013

Picture
We are now in the position of needing lots of support for our Summer Fete on Saturday 13th July.

We will need help to set up in the morning (9am – 12pm), to run stalls and games throughout the afternoon (12pm – 3pm) and to clear away at the end (3pm – 6pm).

Please let us know this week when you would like to help.   In order to make the fete a success we really need at least one adult from each family to support us at some point during the day.

We are very grateful for your support. Thank you

Hi I would love to help with the set up but will have Paul and lily (my 4month old) with me. Will Paul be able to help too?

I'm sure we can find a job for him to do...there will be plenty to do!

Hi, I was just enquiring as to whether you are having outside companies take a table at your event? I sell Stella & Dot jewellery and if you are I would be extremely interested. Many Thanks Sarah x

We do have some craft stalls at our Summer Fete, though I think that we may already have a couple of jewellery stalls. If you email us at [email protected] we can pass it on to our stall co-ordinator and she can let you know.

As already advised to the Headteacher, although not a parent of a child at the school, I would love to help with either the setting up or clearing up afterwards whichever is most needed (or both). I can come along at any time to suit. I'll spend some time enjoying the fete too! (Resident of Buckingham Park.)

Thanks Rebecca. That's great! We'll be setting up from 9am - 11.30am and clearing away from 3pm. Any help gratefully received!
